CD/DVD Guidelines

Safety Margines: Text and impor tant images fall within the red boxes. Extending important elements beyond these lines can cause problems during cutting folding and assembly. Parts of images or text can end up trmmed of or fall directly on a fold.

Cut Lines: This is spproximately where your artwork will be trimmed. Keeping all text and important images inside the 1/18th inch safety margines will prevent their unintended loss during cutting.

Bleeds: This area is going to be completely trimmed away during the cutting process. Only solid colors, background images or foreground images that iintentionally run off the page should extend through this area. Having bleeds ensures that your artwork will not have a thin white border around it

Freewrite: What if...

What if jobs idnot exist and money would just appear at random places. There would be no ppoint of attending school, besides acquiring the basics of all subjects. People could ask anybody in the world for anything they wanted or needed; I would be able to ask a friend for a psp and not pay. The only use of money would be if the item was hard to find or obtain. People would live in a society where all needs are met and poverty wouldn't exist. Diamonds are hard to obtain unless you live in Africa, so money would serve as an exellent trade.
